Upon completion of the design:

• The home owners will have a clear picture of their home, showing interior and exterior building materials and colors;
• The builder will have a complete set of drawings to obtain building permits and construct the home;
• A building material list for costing purposes and to order material;
• Elevation and site drawings to allow for proper placement of the home on the site;
• Electrical layout to insure that lights and outlets are placed and controlled as required;
• HVAC ducting layout to insure fireplaces and plenums are installed with a view for the layout of the entire house.

Our job is not done until the client is happy
and the home is built.
